Do You Deliver?
Absolutely! We service all of Nashville and the surrounding areas.
Our delivery fee starts at $20.00 to leave the building and anything over that is based on mileage, part of town, and time of day. We charge $50.00 minimum to deliver to downtown Nashville/Broadway area. If we agree to fill and deliver your order on a Sunday, since we are closed, delivery is doubled. Fees are increased if you're requesting to have balloons delivered before/after store hours.

Do You Create Custom Balloons?
ALL of our balloons, whether it be a single jumbo balloon or a simple bouquet are made-to-order. You are able to customize colors, ribbon, confetti, tassels, personalization, weight color, quantity, height, etc. While we are always happy to give our professional input, ultimately the final decision is completely up to you!
How/When Should I Order My Balloons?
We prefer you place all balloon orders, big or small, at least a week in advance to avoid disappointment of not having your event day/time or items available. Waiting to order until the day before may interfere with when you can pick up your balloons. It is crucial that you place your order as far in advance as possible for Fridays & Saturdays, Holidays, and the month of May to ensure you will be able to pick up your order or have it delivered on the specific day/time you request.
To place an order, please fill out our balloon request form or call the store. We suggest you set up an appointment if you're seeking balloon decor for a large event. For smaller orders, you're welcome to call ahead and place it over the phone OR come into the store to hand-pick your balloons and we will keep your order on file for the day/time you request.
We also prefer that all balloon orders are pre-paid unless you are waiting on a quote from us or we are ordering specific balloons for you. We are always able to take payment securely over the phone and email you a copy of the receipt.

Do You Take Walk-In Orders?
We do accept day-of orders and try our best to fill them as quickly as possible. However, previously placed orders will always take precedence over walk-in orders. We will accommodate everyone, but it may mean that you'll have to be put on a wait-list for pick-up. If that's the case, those balloon requests will be worked on in the order we receive them and we will call you when they are ready!
How Long Will My Balloons Last?
We use the highest quality balloon available and treat each latex balloon with Hi-Float. This preservative can extend the life of your balloons from 24 hours to 2 weeks. Our jumbo balloons have been known to last for several months! Generally, Mylar foil balloons last approximately a week. Air-filled balloons, including arches and organic garlands, can last for several months as well, but these balloons will not float.
Keep in mind that helium is extremely temperature sensitive, meaning the weather will have an effect on your balloons if they are outside. Also, due to the process of coating our balloons with Hi-Float, they must be taken out of the plastic bags we provide to make transporting your balloons much easier.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the lifespan of your balloons once they leave the store or the delivery is complete.

Do You Fill Balloons I've Already Purchased?
We strongly encourage you to check with us before ordering balloons online. We have almost every color/pattern of latex balloon you could imagine and if we do not have a certain themed foil balloon that you're looking for, we can always order it given a weeks notice.
We do reserve the right to decline filling outside balloons at our discretion due to the poor quality and current helium shortage. As of now, we do not fill any outside balloons pre-filled with confetti. If approved, outside balloons must be dropped off prior to the scheduled order and cannot be guaranteed. If your balloon pops, you are still responsible for payment of the helium used.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
Balloon order cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up/delivery date to receive a full refund. If we have already started creating your custom order, we will not be able to refund you for the helium used.
